Harikar (“the app”) is a directory that connects people in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq with workers, engineers and skilled tradespeople. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what control you have over it.

You can open the app and browse every listing without registering. In that case we do not ask you for any personal information, and we do not require you to sign in.

A listing is public by design. The name, city, work description, photos and phone number in a listing are visible to everyone using the app — that is the point of publishing one. Do not put information in a listing that you do not want to be public.
The app only accesses photos you pick yourself from your device’s photo library, and only when you tap to add a photo to a listing. The photos you select are uploaded to our server and shown in your listing. The app does not open your camera, does not record audio or video, and does not scan or read your photo library in the background.
We keep a count of how many times each listing has been viewed or contacted, so listing owners can see interest in their listing. This is a simple counter attached to the listing — it is not tied to your identity, and we do not build a profile of you.
The app contains no advertising networks, no analytics services and no third-party tracking of any kind.
The app stores the following locally on your phone, not on our servers: your chosen language, your login details if you are signed in, and a cache of listings and images so the app opens quickly and uses less data. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
When you tap the call or WhatsApp button on a listing, the app hands the phone number to your device’s dialler or to WhatsApp. Any conversation that follows happens in that other app, under its own privacy policy — we neither see it nor store it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Information is disclosed only in these cases:
All communication between the app and our server uses HTTPS encryption. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you do not reuse elsewhere.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time: open the menu, go to your profile, and choose Delete Account. This removes your account and your listings from our service.
If you cannot access the app, email heama.soft@gmail.com from the phone number or address linked to your account and we will delete it for you.
We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, the data is removed from our live systems; routine backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
The app is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to heama.soft@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify users inside the app.

الإعلان علني بطبيعته. الاسم والمدينة ووصف العمل والصور ورقم الهاتف داخل الإعلان تكون ظاهرة لكل مستخدمي التطبيق — وهذا هو الغرض من نشره. لا تضع في الإعلان معلومات لا ترغب في أن تكون علنية.
لا يصل التطبيق إلا إلى الصور التي تختارها بنفسك من معرض الصور، وفقط عندما تضغط لإضافة صورة إلى إعلانك. تُرفع الصور المختارة إلى خادمنا وتُعرض في إعلانك. التطبيق لا يفتح الكاميرا، ولا يسجّل صوتاً أو فيديو، ولا يقرأ معرض صورك في الخلفية.
نحتفظ بعدّاد لعدد مرات مشاهدة كل إعلان أو التواصل بشأنه، ليتمكّن صاحب الإعلان من معرفة مدى الاهتمام به. هذا عدّاد مرتبط بالإعلان فقط، وليس بهويتك، ولا ننشئ ملفاً تعريفياً عنك.
لا يحتوي التطبيق على أي شبكات إعلانية أو خدمات تحليلات أو أدوات تتبّع تابعة لجهات خارجية.
يخزّن التطبيق على هاتفك — وليس على خوادمنا — اللغة التي اخترتها، وبيانات دخولك إن كنت مسجّلاً، ونسخة مؤقتة من الإعلانات والصور ليفتح التطبيق بسرعة ويستهلك بيانات أقل. حذف التطبيق يزيل كل ذلك.
عند الضغط على زر الاتصال أو واتساب، يمرّر التطبيق رقم الهاتف إلى تطبيق الاتصال أو واتساب على جهازك. أي محادثة تجري بعد ذلك تتم داخل ذلك التطبيق ووفق سياسة خصوصيته — نحن لا نراها ولا نخزّنها.
نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين أو وسطاء البيانات. لا تُفصح البيانات إلا في الحالات التالية:
تجري جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق وخادمنا عبر تشفير HTTPS. لا يوجد نظام آمن تماماً، لذا يُرجى استخدام كلمة مرور لا تستخدمها في مكان آخر.
يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت: افتح القائمة، ثم صفحتك الشخصية، ثم اختر حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة حسابك وإعلاناتك من خدمتنا.
إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، راسلنا على heama.soft@gmail.com من الرقم أو البريد المرتبط بحسابك وسنقوم بالحذف نيابةً عنك.
نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك وإعلاناتك طالما بقي حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُزال البيانات من أنظمتنا الفعّالة، وتُستبدل النسخ الاحتياطية ضمن دورة النسخ الاعتيادية.
التطبيق موجّه لمن هم في سن ١٣ فأكثر وليس موجّهاً للأطفال. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات من الأطفال. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلاً زوّدنا بمعلومات، تواصل معنا وسنحذفها.
يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على المعلومات التي نحتفظ بها عنك، أو تصحيحها، أو حذفها. راسلنا على heama.soft@gmail.com وسنرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
عند تعديل هذه السياسة سنحدّث التاريخ في أعلى الصفحة، وسنُعلم المستخدمين داخل التطبيق في حال التغييرات الجوهرية.
